Return & Refund Policy

By placing an order with Walkin JAC Western, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following return and refund terms:

1. All Sales Final

  • All purchases made through Walkin JAC Western are final.
  • Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in this policy.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the event an item arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify Walkin JAC Western within five (5) calendar days of receipt by emailing walkinjacwestern@gmail.com.
  • Claims must include photographic evidence of the damage or defect, along with proof of purchase.
  • Upon verification, Walkin JAC Western will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement item (subject to availability) or issue store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

  • If the customer receives an incorrect order, Walkin JAC Western must be notified within five (5) calendar days of receipt.
  • Upon verification, the correct item will be shipped at no additional cost, or alternative arrangements will be made at the discretion of Walkin JAC Western.

4. Exclusions

  • Returns or refunds will not be granted for issues resulting from customer error, including but not limited to:
    • Ordering the wrong size, color, or style.
    • Misinterpretation of product descriptions.
    • Failure to review posted policies prior to purchase.

5. Claims Process

  • All return or refund claims must be submitted in writing via email to walkinjacwestern@gmail.com within the specified timeframes.
  • Claims submitted outside the specified window may not be honored.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • All custom, made-to-order, or personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Final Authority

  • Walkin JAC Western reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligibility of any claim and the appropriate resolution.
