Shipping Policy

By placing an order with Walkin JAC Western, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following shipping terms:

1. Processing & Turnaround Time

  • All orders are processed within the turnaround time stated in the announcement bar at the top of the Walkin JAC Western website.
  • Turnaround time refers exclusively to order preparation prior to shipment. It does not include carrier transit or delivery time.
  • Turnaround times are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other carriers as determined by Walkin JAC Western at its sole discretion.
  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates and customer location.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
  • Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and Walkin JAC Western is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in carrier tracking systems.

4. Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon acceptance of the package by the carrier.
  • Walkin JAC Western shall not be held liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once in the carrier’s possession.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier in the event of a lost or damaged package.
  • Upon request, Walkin JAC Western will assist customers in initiating a claim by contacting walkinjacwestern@gmail.com.
  • Replacement of items is not guaranteed and is subject to product availability and the outcome of the carrier’s claim process.

    6. Incorrect Shipping Information

    • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
    • Walkin JAC Western is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
    • Additional shipping charges may apply to orders re-shipped due to incorrect address details.

    7. International Shipping (if applicable)

    • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    • Walkin JAC Western is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
